Where is my order?
Once your order is placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp containing all the relevant tracking details for your order.

How long will delivery take?
Our orders are shipped by road, and delivery typically takes 4–10 working days depending on your location.

Which delivery companies do you use?
We mostly ship through Delhivery, Ecom Express, and XpressBees. In case your pin code falls under a non-serviceable area, we may use other trusted domestic courier partners. You will be notified once your order is confirmed.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm

  • Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available

Why was my order canceled?
Orders may be canceled due to incorrect shipping address or contact information. Please make sure all the details are accurate at the time of placing your order.

I received a wrong/faulty/incomplete order. What should I do?
We’re really sorry for the inconvenience. Please email or WhatsApp us and mention you’re reporting a FAULTY item. Include the following details:

  • Your Order ID

  • Clear pictures of the faulty/wrong/incomplete product

  • Description of the issue

  • Your contact details

We’ll take full responsibility and resolve the issue quickly.

How do I return a product if I don’t like it?
We offer easy exchanges. Please refer to our Exchange Policy for full details.

Can I get a refund for my product?
We do not offer refunds. However, we provide store credit of equal value, which can be redeemed within 6 months. For help with using your store credit, contact us on WhatsApp at +91 7978531195.
