We at LOOMAYUR aim to ensure you have a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. While we do not accept returns, we do offer exchanges under the following conditions:


Exclusions

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted for personal wear items such as innerwear or any hygiene-sensitive product categories (e.g., Compression wear or Ribbed Vests), ensuring the highest hygiene standards.

  • Products purchased during any Offer Sale period are not eligible for exchange.

  • Same Pricing or Above Only: You may exchange your item only for another product of the same price or higher. We do not accept exchanges for lower-priced items.


Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchange is applicable only for size-related issues.

  • You must raise an exchange request within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Requests beyond the 48-hour window will not be accepted.


Conditions for Exchange

  • The product must pass a quality check conducted by our team.

  • The product must be:

    • Undamaged

    • Unworn and unwashed

    • Free of any odors, stains, or signs of use

  • If any of the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reject the exchange request.


Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size.

  • If your desired size is unavailable, you will receive either:

    • A store credit (valid for 6 months), or

    • An option to exchange with another product of similar or higher value.

  • One-Time Exchange Only: We allow only one exchange per order, so please choose your size carefully.


Exchange Charges

  • Exchange charges range from ₹90 to ₹400, based on your location and product type.

  • These charges cover one-way logistics (pickup or re-delivery) as we rely on third-party courier partners.

  • Once your product is picked up and passes quality checks, the new product will be shipped. The process takes approximately 10–15 working days.


Non-Serviceable Pin Codes

  • If your pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, we will inform you.

  • In such cases, you will need to self-ship the product via your local courier.

  • You will not be charged any exchange fee in such cases.


How to Request an Exchange

  • Your LOOMAYUR Order ID

  • The reason for the exchange

  • Photos, if applicable


Manufacturing Defects or Wrong Products

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item:

  • Report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Contact us via Email or WhatsApp mentioned above.

  • We will arrange a replacement free of charge.

  • Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
