We at LOOMAYUR are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Please read our shipping terms and conditions carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
Partial Payment Policy for COD Orders
To ensure secure delivery and reduce cancellations:

For orders below ₹1000, a ₹100 upfront payment is required for Cash on Delivery (COD).

For orders above ₹1000, a 10% upfront payment is required for COD.
Note:
This partial payment is non-refundable if you fail to accept the order upon delivery.
Order Processing & Dispatch

Order Cut-Off Time: All orders placed before 1 PM will be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 1 PM will be dispatched on the next working day.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order is placed, you will receive:

A confirmation email.

A confirmation call or WhatsApp message.

Tracking details once the order is dispatched.
Shipping & Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines vary based on your location:

Tier-One Cities: 4–5 working days

Tier-Two Cities: 6–7 working days

Other Areas: 9–12 working days
We strive for timely deliveries but cannot be held liable for any delays caused by our third-party courier partners.
Important Delivery Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and phone number are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete details.

Our courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts. Failure to accept the order during these attempts will lead to the order being returned.

In such cases, the partial COD payment will not be refunded.

If you want the item to be re-shipped, you will need to pay additional shipping charges.

Please note:

For deliveries via these alternate partners, Cash on Delivery (COD) will not be available.

In such cases, you will need to make the full payment in advance.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive the tracking details via email or WhatsApp, enabling you to monitor the delivery status.
